Victoria's Favorite Drinks

Wow, I'm sure everyone is surprised to see a Starbucks in my hand when the title of this blog is Victoria's favorite drinks. However, there is more to Starbucks than one drink and a stereotype of the $5 beverage. Yes, it's true, to get a grande (medium) drink, it usually hits ya up 5 at a time, but...the incredible taste of a fine coffee beverage is worth the caffeine buzz everytime.
Here are a list of Tor's fav's at Starbucks (in case you're ever around and want to surprise me...and make it in my good books forever...yup forever)
in no particular order....because they're all good. I'll type them in the order that you would say the words to order them too.....ready......
-a single grande non-fat, light foam, 4 pump vanilla, extra caramel drizzle caramel macchiatto.
-a grande non-fat, no whip with choco. drizzle still, peppermint hot chocolate
-a grande tangerine frappachino blended beverage
-a grande soy tazo chai
-a grande 3 pump, light whip with chocolate drizzle java chip light frappachino blended coffee. (like the one in my hand)
mmmmmm.....Starbucks.

Or...the other drinks that fall into Tor's fav drink category are the Mai Tai's and Dirty Monkey's that you can find in the Dominican....yum yum. (mai tai = above. dirty monkey = below...these are also Mike's fav's in the Dominican)

So.....do you like Starbuck's coffee? Like, I can't tell if there is any coffee in any of those mile long titles or not.

What, pray tell, is a Dirty Monkey?

lol. Just a little bit. Actually, I don't really like coffee itself, just coffee beverages.
From my understanding (they were telling us in the Dominican with their Spanish accents) a dirty monkey has Kahlua, rum, milk, banana liqueur and chocolate sauce with bananas on it. It tastes like a rum banana chocolate milk...yummy. And it's a blended drink so it's nice a cold too - very nice in the Dominican sun.

Hey Tor, this makes me wish i could go out for coffee with you! None of that "coffee beverage" stuff though. I like my coffee battery-acid style. At least we agree on the mai-tais!

Nice. Well maybe if Rob gets transferred to Edmonton in the near future we can create a regular coffee date. That would be nice.
